Greater than the sum of its parts simply durum wheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta its ridge texture which make your sauces cling. We love this classic penne stirred through our Italian tomato sauces, arribada for a gentle kick of chili or in the summer potato and basil with burrata. It also makes fantastic baked pasta dishes with crumbled sausage or cooked chicken, a rich sauce and an oozy mozzarella melted on top.
