Zest & Zing Lamb Rub 22g

by Zest & Zing
8.370 Ft

An amazing blend of herbs and spices for grilled and roasted lamb, as well as a wonderful steak seasoning. Our Lamb Rub combines the classic flavors used on lamb, like mint and rosemary, but adds depth with chili, garlic, thyme, and onion. Pairs deliciously with Grilled Lamb Chops, Steak, Roast Leg of Lamb, Grilled Loin Chops with Fattoush Salad. This Lamb Rub's brightness cuts through the fattiness of the sumptuous meat. Thinly coat lamb or beef with olive oil and coarse salt before lightly sprinkling our Lamb Rub over it. Grill chops or steaks to a rare or medium rare, or use it to roast a leg of lamb in order to perfectly accent the meat's flavors. Add more flavor to anything bland with Zest & Zing's Aromatic range of Spices, Truffle & Salt Blends & BBQ Rubs.

It makes good lamb even better

Thanks This rub adds zing👍 I rub it on and press it into the flesh on all sides. Then marinade it overnight in a zip lock bag and place it in the refrigerator. Remove it about 2 hours before broiling it for one minute on each flat side. Remove it from oven and pour 1/2 marinade over it both sides. Return to oven to roast to medium rare thermometer reading. Remove and pour second half of headed marinade on both sides of meat and serve.
